Town Council Meetings

Town Council Meetings are held in the Council Chamber at the rear of:
Penmaenmawr Community Centre,
Conwy Road
Penmaenmawr
Conwy
LL34 6AB

The Planning Committee starts at 18.00pm and Full Council follows this meeting. See the Planning page for Planning Agenda and Minutes

Agendas are made available on this site, and usually at the Library in Penmaenmawr, the Town Council Office and community notice boards. They have to be displayed in at least one public location three days before a meeting.

The Town Clerk produces formal Minutes of our meetings soon after they are held – the Minutes are circulated to Councillors who are then called upon to approve the minutes at the next meeting. This usually takes a month to complete, depending on meeting times.

Once the Minutes have been approved by the Councillors, members of the public are welcome to email the clerk to obtain a copy on paper. No minutes will be released until they have been finally approved by the Councillors and signed by the Mayor.

The minutes are then displayed in Town Council Office and usually in Penmaenmawr Library, community notice boards and on this web site. Please click on the links below to access the published latest minutes and agenda of Council meetings.
