Find out about the support available for you and your family. Being part of a family is wonderful, it can also be a challenge. Everyone needs help sometimes. They want families to get as much support as possible. It takes lots of active people supporting each other to help children become healthy adults. They offer:
- Access to information and advice
- Groups that are open for anyone to attend
- Targeted groups and courses (for example parenting courses)
- One to one support from a Family Worker
- Access to other specialist support

Conwy Housing Solutions
Conwy Housing Solutions is a partnership between Conwy County Borough Council and Cartrefi Conwy. The Conwy Housing Solutions team help people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and people who need to apply for social housing.

Conwy Mind
Conwy Mind is an independent, local charity with over 35 years experience of supporting better mental health and wellbeing across Conwy County.
They aim to offer services in local communities, using community venues such as libraries and Family Centres, where possible, to reduce travel and increase accessibility.
They also offer their services virtually (over the telephone, by post and online) to help reach as many people as possible.

Penmaenmawr Food Bank
The foodbank is open 6-7pm Tuesday evenings and 2-3pm Wednesday afternoons.
It is located at St Paul’s Church, Celyn Street entrance.
All donations and volunteers welcome.

Warm Hubs
Warm Hubs are intended as places in local communities where people can find a safe, accessible and warm environment during the day to help reduce the cost of heating their own homes and to help those facing fuel poverty in winter.
Penmaenmawr Library, St Paul’s Church and Penmaenmawr Museum have all previously registered as warm hubs.
