Mayor Steven Consterdine and Deputy James Cook 2024/25
Councillor Steven Consterdine was announced as the Town Mayor and Cllr James Cook was elected as the Deputy Mayor at the Council AGM in May.
Steven said:
“It is with a sense of Pride and honour that I accept this office for a second year.
Growing up here as a small boy, I can honestly say I did not think I would one day be Mayor. I am proud to serve such an amazing community, which time and again proves what it means to be a resident here. Over 100 years ago, a community came together to build this magnificent building in which we stand and more recently came together to build The Penmaenmawr Phoenix Football Club, proving that Community is very much still in the hearts of our residents.
It is with that sense of community that I intend to lead this council on behalf of its residents for another year, during these continued times of difficulty for our residents.
